Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the O Laundry website (www.olaundry.com), mobile applications, or any of our laundry services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Our Services

O Laundry provides wash-and-fold laundry services, dry cleaning, self-service laundry, and pickup and delivery laundry services in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Services are available to residential and commercial customers within our designated service areas. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times may vary by location and order type.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to our current pricing, which is available on our website and at our physical locations. Prices are determined by weight, item count, or service type depending on the order. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, though any changes will not affect orders already in progress.

For pickup and delivery orders, a minimum order amount may apply. Orders are weighed and priced at our facility after pickup. Final charges may differ from initial estimates based on actual weight and any additional services requested.

Pickup & Delivery

We offer free pickup and delivery within our service area. You are responsible for ensuring your laundry is placed in a secure, accessible location at the scheduled pickup time. If our driver is unable to complete a pickup due to inaccessible items or an incorrect address, the pickup may be rescheduled.

We make every effort to meet scheduled pickup and delivery windows. However, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, high demand, or other unforeseen circumstances. O Laundry is not liable for minor delays in pickup or delivery times.

Garment Care & Liability

We take great care in handling your garments. However, O Laundry is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, fabric defects, or items with missing or inaccurate care labels. Items that are not suitable for machine washing should be clearly identified.

In the event of loss or damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to ten (10) times the cleaning charge for the affected item, up to a maximum of $200 per item. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, including cash, jewelry, electronics, or other valuables.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit and debit cards. For recurring pickup and delivery customers, your card on file will be charged automatically when your order is completed. If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup at any time before the driver has arrived at your location. Once your laundry has been picked up and processing has begun, cancellations are not possible. Refund requests for quality concerns must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Prohibited Items

Please do not include the following in your laundry orders: hazardous materials, items contaminated with bodily fluids or biohazards, excessively soiled items that pose a health risk, fur or leather garments (unless specifically arranged), and rugs or oversized items not pre-approved. O Laundry reserves the right to refuse service for any items we deem unsafe or unsuitable for processing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the O Laundry website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of O Laundry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, O Laundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to O Laundry in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
